Any Questions?

You can find the answers to some of the questons we receive.

Where can I park?

There are no special parking arrangements at the Wellington Town Hall (Michael Fowler Carpark).

This car park has a two hour limit at $4 per hour, pre pay. Delegates should be aware that Wellington City Council traffic wardens are very strict in the enforcement of this time limit.

Longer term parking is available on a “Pay on Exit” basis at the James Smith (Tournament) Parking Building adjacent to the Amora Hotel.

The following Google maps search provides some information

Why are you charging for Cheques and Credit Card Payments?

This is the first year that online credit card payments are being accepted for registration at the PSNZ National Convention. There is a cost incurred for the convenience of payiing with a credit card online. The charge does not cover the cost of these transactions.

For cheques there are increased processing charges for manual payments.

Remember there is no charge if you pay using one off internet banking payments.

Where can I find more about Wellington Photographic Society?

Check out their helpful website.

That is a neat logo. Do you have any further information?

The “Positively Photography” theme reflects our objective to immerse you in a stimulating photography environment in which you will find inspiration and develop your knowledge and skills.

The sprocket holes are a nod to the history from which photography has come, recognising that, though the technology may change, many of the fundamentals of our craft remain the same.

And the colours? Wellington is proud to host you at the 2013 Convention, help you experience “the coolest little capital in the world”, and show you the photographic delights of our city and region.

Our logo graphic was designed by Cavell Evenson, a Wellington-based web and print designer who specialises in photography websites. Further information about Cavell is on his website www.evensongraphics.co.nz.
