If you want to register with the cheapest possible cost, register online and pay using direct credit via internet banking. Once you have entered your details online, you will have the details to pay using internet banking.
If you want the most convenient way, register online and pay by credit card. However, there is a surcharge to cover the financial costs. Once you have entered your details, you will be redirected to a secure credit card payment site to complete your payment.
If you prefer not to register online, then you can download the form, print it off, complete and mail it in. There is a surcharge to cover handling costs.
