Registration Information

Registrations closed at
17:00 on Tuesday 30th April 2013.

These are the details that should be read in conjunction with registration.

• Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you register online, this confirmation will be sent as soon as you complete registration.
• You need to have an e-mail address so that we can send you confirmation of your registration.
• Earlybird registrations before 28 Feb 2013 go into a draw for a one year Adobe Creative Cloud membership.
• If paying by cheque, please make it payable to PSNZ National Convention. There is a $10 Surcharge when paying by cheque.
• If paying by Direct Credit, please only use internet banking i.e. no in Bank payments. The account details are:

  Put your surname in Particulars field, your first name in Reference field, phone number in Code field.
• If paying by credit card, register and pay online by clicking here.
• Credit card payments are collected using a secure encrypted payment facility accepted by all trading banks in New Zealand.
• The Society does not retain your credit card details.
• For credit card payments, currently only Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted.

  There is a $10 Surcharge for manual processing.
• Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $25 if cancellation received by 1 April 2013; Full refund less $50 if cancellation received by 14 April 2013; No refund if cancellation after 14 April 2013.
• The Workshop and Field Trips are allocated based on a best efforts basis using your preferences and availability of spaces. All field trips are subject to change because of the weather or other unforseeable circumstances.
• You can only register for the Additional Events if you are registering for the main event. In particular, if you want to register for the Kapiti Photo Trip, your registration option needs to include Friday.
• Only one partner per delegate please.
