Jim Simmons
Jim’s photographic speciality is architecture, including use of a 4x5 view camera.
With formal education in architecture, photography and film and screenwriting, he has teaching experience in photography and creative process at university level, and 20 years as a designer and producer of computer and video games, and digital multimedia.
Jim emigrated from the USA to Wellington in 2005. His first New Zealand exhibition, “Ignoring Content”, was shown at Photospace in 2011. More details can be be see here.
