Wairarapa Photo Trip – Full Day

This full day trip will head up the Hutt Valley and across the Rimutaka Range to Featherston where we will stop for morning tea and visit the Fell Locomotive Museum.

We will then head to the aviation museum near Masterton to photograph a collection of vintage World War I aircraft.

Our next stop will be historic Martinborough where we can buy lunch at one of the cafés or sandwich shops around the square. After lunch there will be the opportunity to photograph at a winery and vineyard or perhaps taste some wines.

Notes

1. Easy access to all venues.
2. 1.5 hours bus trip over the winding Rimutaka hill road.
3. If required there will be a comfort stop before we head over the hill.
4. If you are inclined to travel sickness, please note that this road is notorious for its winding parts.
