Wellington Photo Trip – Full Day
The first stop on this full day trip will be at Zealandia Wildlife Sanctuary – 225 hectares of picturesque lakes, bush walks and rare native species. Zealandia has its own café for those who would like morning tea.
After a stop for lunch we will head for Wellington’s rugged south coast. This part of the tour is flexible and the exact stops will depend on the weather and the interests of the participants.
Stops are likely to include a display of quirky outdoor sculptures, picturesque Island Bay and a walk to one or more of the rocky headlands with historic forts, memorials and views over the harbour.

Notes
- Some of the tracks are rough and visits to the forts and memorials will require walking up steep grades and steps.
- There are photo opportunities for those with limited mobility at each of the stops.
